At Cowboy Cleaning, we strive to provide exceptional cleaning services to our valued customers. Please review our policy on returns and refunds for services carefully.
1. Refunds for Services

Refunds are available for services that have not yet been performed. We understand that circumstances may change, and we are committed to accommodating your needs.

Services that have already been completed are not eligible for refunds. Our team works diligently to provide high-quality services, and completed work cannot be undone.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may be eligible for a refund.

If the cancellation time window cannot be filled with another booking, a cancellation fee may apply. This fee helps us cover the costs associated with reserving time for your appointment.
3. Returns and Refunds for Products

Products requested by customers and purchased through Cowboy Cleaning may be returned if they are in their original packaging and in resell able condition. If the product is opened but not used it may still not be returnable. Cowboy cleaning will often adhere to the return policies of the source of the product.

Installed products are not eligible for returns. Once a product has been installed or used, it is considered non-returnable.
